Call the manufacture again and talked to the tech that never called and was told to email pictures and explain everything to him in the message (I just told him over the phone all the problems and all the troubling shooting I had done) so I sent the email and even included a video of the what the fan was doing and not doing. That was several days ago, and I even sent a 2nd email the next day and I have heard nothing from Way either by email or phone!! So I called etrailer and explained what was going on and they offered to send a return label and refund my full price and I purchased a different model from a different manufacture from etrailer!
